Best prices around for ice! Very nice staff they were helpful. This is my go to place for dry ice, but they also have really cheap prices on regular ice that you can pick up for picnics or parties.
We had ordered an ice luge on Tuesday 7/30 for our party today, 8/3. We go to pick it up today and they said they had no order for it. When we explained we called on Tuesday to place the order, they just told us that they have been swamped and must have misplaced it. While they did give us a free (broken) luge to compensate, which is appreciated, it wasn’t wrapped at all, so it is melting far too fast and we are unfortunately gonna lose it before most guests arrive. I would use caution with using them in the future because it seems if they are busy and they have a break or don’t make enough for the orders, it seems they just give them out at first come first serve.
Great service, excellent product, and convenient hours - also open weekends!

recently had a very disappointing experience with P Diana & Sons Ice, primarily due to their poor customer service and repeated delivery delays. The deliveries were consistently late, unattended calls. ***Need to improve customer service***
I will Highly recommend anyone to go here as I went here for dry ice. I called before coming and spoke with a wonderful lady named Jessica who was very nice, professional and very helpful! She answered all my questions! I will definitely take the ride to do business again with this company!!!!

Picked up dry ice for my fog machine for Halloween. They sell pellets and blocks at very reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly, and I was in and out of there in just a few minutes.

I have had multiple conversations about places being open on sundays and the one time I don't call first and just come they are closed. Im really upset. The woman on the phone said a driver is coming soon if I wanted to wait. Why would they be doing deliveries if they're closed? They must've decided to change hours with out telling anyone

I am sorry you were so upset. I just wish you would of said something on the phone. The dock is closed to the public
on Sunday during winter schedule. We do have an occasional emergency "delivery" and I was just trying to accommodate
your needs so that you could meet the driver and help you with what you needed. We work 7 days a week during our summer
schedule and so much appreciate our Sunday off during the winter to be with our families. The dock is where we wait on
the public and the deliveries are done by our drivers. So sorry you misunderstood.
Been going here for party ice and weekend camping ice for 20 yrs+ . Great people. Good service. Prices a fraction of the corner store or gas station for bagged ice. Highly recommended!

I've been buying ice and dry ice from N.E. Ice & Dry Ice for years. We fill out coolers before Scouting campout and have enjoyed many a Halloween fog fest with the dry ice. I will continue buying my ice here as often as I need it!
